* Official Contest Rules

 

All contest entries must be submitted by January 1, 2018 for a wedding to occur prior to 2019 from which a winner or winners may be selected from time to time. Winner selection and winner selecgtion process shall be at the sole discretion of Wedding World Radio. All contest entries and recorded information submitted or gathered shall become the property of Wedding World Radio for the purposes of contesting and promotion. All submissions may be published and/or broadcast for promotional benefit, when approved by Wedding World Radio.

 

No Purchase necessary to enter or to win. Any purchase of services or payment of any kind will not increase odds or chances of winning prize.

 

Selcted contest award winner(s) may receive a Gold Package as described on the Wedding World Radio website, discounts or special offers, which shall be utlized only durring the time period specified by Wedding World Radio.

 

All entrants must be legal US citizens and must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry into contest. No employees of Wedding World Radio or their immediate families, spouses, children, parents, siblings are eligible to enter contest. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

At least one winning couple shall be selected by January 15, 2018. Wedding World Radio shall solely be responsible for number of winners selected, selection of winner(s), awarding of prize(s). Wedding World Radio, its' affiliates, employees, agents and representatives are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any contest-related materials; or for stolen, late, lost, garbled, delayed, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries. Wedding World Radio, its' affiliates, employees, agents or representatives are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or loss of entry information for any reason whatsoever. If in the exclusive judgment of Wedding World Radio the contest becomes compromised in any way, Wedding World Radio reserves the right to withdraw the contest offer, cancel any method of entry, void any entries submitted fraudulently or select winners from all eligible entries received. Wedding World Radio reserves the right to cancel the contest or change the rules and regulations, without penalty, due to acts of God, cancellation of licenses, or for any legitimate reason, determined at its sole discretion. Legitimate reasons shall solely be determined by Wedding World Radio.

 

Wedding World Radio may at its' sole discretion change, amend, add to and delete from its' posted rules and guidelines, at any time and without notification.

 

To be eligible to enter or participate in the contest, listeners must agree to and follow the instructions set forth in the official rules and must fulfill all of the eligibility requirements.

 

Entrants are required to agree to Wedding World Radio Guidelines Agreement and provide truthful information. Wedding World Radio will reject and delete any entry that is discovered to be false or fraudulent and will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements.

 

Contest prize and its’ value will be indicated upon prize award. Unless otherwise announced prize winner(s) will be required to present valid government-issued photo identification and provide their complete address, date of birth, Tax ID and phone number to claim a prize. Unless otherwise permitted by Wedding World Radio, winner(s) must claim prize upon notification of award and prize cannot be claimed by third parties on behalf of the winner and may only use prize awarded during time period specified by Wedding World Radio. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the forfeiture of the prize.

 

Winner will forfeit prize not claimed within fifteen (15) days of winning. Unless otherwise specified or required by law, if prize is not claimed by selected winner, Wedding World Radio at its sole discretion, may choose alternate winner to be selected to receive the specified prize. There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for prize, except that Wedding World Radio may, at its sole discretion, substitute prize of comparable value. The prize is expressly limited to the item(s) described and does not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

Decisions of the Wedding World Radio management with respect to the contest are final.

 

Potential winner(s) will be selected and notified of their prize by Wedding World Radio or its’ designee. Contest winner(s) must execute and return any required affidavit, liability release  and/or prize acceptance form within fifteen (15) days of being notified or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return any requested paperwork within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.

 

Payments of all federal, state and local taxes related to the award of a prize are solely the responsibility of the winner of the prize. The winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more and such winnings will be reported to the IRS. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize.

By participating in the contest, the winner(s) agree to have his or her name, voice and likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material related to such contest and the promotion of Wedding World Radio, without further compensation, and (where permitted by law) to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

Wedding World Radio reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest as it deems necessary if it is not capable of completion as planned, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort and reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including, without limitation, the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon notification by posting on its’ website. If due to circumstances beyond the control of Wedding World Radio, any wedding event affecting the chosen winner's wedding date is delayed, rescheduled, postponed, cancelled or has a change of venue, Wedding World Radio reserves the right, to cancel or modify the awarded prize and shall not be required to award a substitute prize. Wedding World Radio is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.

Wedding World Radio, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Wedding World Radio website. Failure to comply with the rules of the contest may result in an entrant’s disqualification and/or forfeiture of any prize. If Wedding World Radio makes a good faith determination that an entrant has cheated or committed fraudulent activity in connection with contest, Wedding World Radio reserves the right to disqualify entrant from entering and/or winning future contests.
